The Walking Emmaus community

Sometimes it is possible to feel lonely even when surrounded by good friends.

Or we can feel dissatisfied that our church is not providing the support we need or not heading in our direction.

You have a hunger for the things that are talked about on this website but feel that others around you are not quite on the same page.

Sometimes it is helpful just to know that there are others out there who share the same hunger and passion.

Belonging to a community like this may fulfil a need that cannot be met by hunting for a new church or a new experience.

It may give you the encouragement you need to grow where you are, to contribute where you are and to flourish where you are.

The Walking Emmaus community is simply a bunch of Christians of different denominations and different nationalities who shares a common heart for the things in this website. Joining them does not require any commitment and nothing will be requested of you. It is simply a way of saying: I am here and your heart is my heart.

That can sometimes be enough.
